I'll be honest, I've never been into blogging. Writing long posts, managing Markdown files, wrestling with CMS plugins … none of it ever felt fun or worth the hassle. I'd rather ship code than format paragraphs.

But then I started playing around with Notion and Next.js, and suddenly the whole idea clicked.

Now my blog lives right inside Notion where I already organize half my life anyway and it syncs straight into my gritty little Next.js site. No admin dashboard. No database maintenance. Just pure content, published through an elegant API connection.

The best part? It feels good.

Notion gives me the creative flow. Minimal friction, instant structure while Next.js gives me the freedom to style and deploy however I want. My posts look clean, load fast, and still keep that handcrafted vibe I love.

I'm not turning into a full-time blogger anytime soon, but this setup actually makes me want to write. It's like the tech finally caught up with my laziness.
